Management really focuses on your success. They give training and support whenever it is needed. I have learned much about the HVAC and Plumbing world although I am in the Call Center where I don't need to be a Technician. The owner is the best I have ever had! He is friendly and genuinely cares about his employees. From the massage chairs to the video games...he wants to make us enjoy our free time at work...plus the Parties and Happy Hours we frequently celebrate! I love working at AllTech!!!
