What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional service in every home.

You’ll:

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems accurately and efficiently

- Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners

- Provide recommendations that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability

- Treat every customer and home with professionalism and respect

- Deliver quality workmanship that reflects the AllTech standard

What You Bring

- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience

- EPA Type II or Universal Certification

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with heat pumps, air handlers, and residential HVAC systems

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
