🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Stay Curious – Diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and performance.
  
  

• Pursue Growth – Educate homeowners on system upgrades, energy-saving solutions, and IAQ improvements.
  
  

• Take Responsibility – Follow industry regulations, company standards, and best practices to deliver top-notch service.
  
  

• Show Empathy – Listen to customers, understand their concerns, and provide solutions that truly improve their comfort and well-being.
  
  

• Sell Smartly – Recommend zoning systems, humidifiers, air quality products, and Membership Plans—and get rewarded for providing value!
  
  

📌 What We’re Looking For

 ✅ 3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
✅ EPA certification II or Universal required (NATE preferred but not required!)
✅ Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
✅ Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset
✅ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs & work in crawl spaces/ladders as needed
