As a J.R. Snider Water Treatment Technician you will give the homeowners the ability to increase their quality of life by upgrading the quality of the water in their homes! You service and install Water Treatment equipment and test their current water and educate the client on the options they have on improving their satisfaction and safety. You will be the hero and earn their loyalty and respect.

HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A plumber with great interpersonal skills.

A residential plumber with at least two years of experience, who wants to specialize in the lucrative and rewarding area of Water Treatment.(This is not an entry level job into plumbing, nor is it for a technicians at a municipal treatment plant! This is for residential plumbers looking to specialize in Residential Water Treatment.)

Someone with the ability to communicate and educate the customer.

Organizational skills.

Ability to learn the concepts and tools to convey facts and the “science” to the customer.

A solution based team player willing to work collaboratively with the coworkers to be the best.

Be supportive within the team. Together we can accomplish more together than apart! The office exists to support the field personnel and conversely, the communication by the Technicians with the Office keeps the organization working!

Be able to use the electronic tools of the trade…cell phone, iPAD, and card reader. We are not a paper and pen company! We will give you all the tools to be successful.

A success minded focus. You will not be asked to sell to the customer. The Sales Team will handle that with you. You are truly the problem solver superhero! You are the one bringing solutions to life in the home.
