What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems for top performance.
✔ Educate customers on solutions that improve their home comfort.
✔ Stay compliant with local and national HVAC regulations.
✔ IAQ products & system upgrades (multi-speed blowers, zoning, humidifiers, etc.).
✔ Recommend and enroll customers in Membership Plans – and get paid for it!
✔ Be a trusted advisor—build relationships with homeowners through integrity and expertise.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years HVAC experience
✅ EPA II or Universal certification (NATE is a bonus!)
✅ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
✅ Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
✅ Valid driver's license & clean driving record
✅ Able to lift up to 50 lbs & work in crawl spaces/ladders when needed
