As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee inventory management, purchasing coordination, equipment distribution, fleet support, warehouse operations, and team development. Your success directly impacts technician productivity, installation efficiency, inventory accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
You'll lead from the front, create structure where others see complexity, and develop a team that takes pride in being the engine behind J.R. Snider's success.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Warehouse Team Members.
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement aligned with our CARE values.
Support employee growth through hands-on training and professional development.
Build employee engagement while maintaining high performance standards.
Conduct regular performance coaching and development conversations.
Warehouse Operations
Oversee all daily warehouse and distribution operations for plumbing, water filtration, septic, and electrical lines.
Ensure inventory accuracy, organization, and efficient replenishment.
Manage equipment receiving, staging, storage, and distribution for daily field runs.
Coordinate delivery schedules to seamlessly support field operations.
Establish and maintain warehouse processes that improve efficiency and accountability.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and strict safety compliance.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Monitor inventory levels and forecast stock needs based on seasonal demand.
Partner with Purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels across all trade materials.
Reduce inventory shrinkage and maintain high inventory accuracy.
Analyze inventory trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure materials are readily available to support service, maintenance, and installation teams.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with Service, Installation, Sales, Purchasing, and Leadership Teams.
Maintain clear, proactive communication regarding inventory, equipment, and operational needs.
Support growth initiatives through scalable warehouse systems.
Utilize technology and reporting tools to optimize operational performance.

Technicians and installers have the exact equipment and materials they need, when they need them.
Inventory accuracy consistently exceeds company targets.
Warehouse processes are efficient, repeatable, and scalable.

What We're Looking For
Proven warehouse leadership experience required.
Plumbing, Water Treatment, Electrical, HVAC, Distribution, or Service Industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable.
Strong inventory management and operational planning expertise.
Experience implementing systems, processes, and performance metrics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Tech-minded with experience using inventory and operational management software.
