As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the organization's performance, culture, profitability, and long-term success, achieving 20%+ YOY growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
• Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and KPIs
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain top talent
