What You’ll Do
This is full ownership of HVAC service performance.
Own the P&L and overall performance of the HVAC service department
Build, lead, and develop supervisors and technicians into high performers
Set clear expectations and hold the entire team accountable to them
Drive revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability
Analyze KPIs (ServiceTitan or similar) and make real-time decisions
Lead training, coaching, and development initiatives
Create and enforce processes that scale
Partner with sales, install, warehouse, and leadership to stay aligned
Step into the field when needed—leadership doesn’t hide
Protect and elevate the client experience at every touchpoint
What It Takes
5+ years of residential HVAC experience
3+ years in a leadership role (Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
Proven ability to lead leaders and scale a team
Strong business acumen—understanding of P&L, KPIs, and performance drivers
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms
High accountability mindset—you own outcomes, not excuses
The ability to lead, teach, and develop people consistently
