Coach Comfort Consultants on industry best practices and aggressive growth strategies
Lead weekly educational sessions and manufacturer trainings
Drive performance. Set the standard. Refuse to let your team settle
Own the sales pipeline. Forecast accurately. Inspect what you expect
Manage and strengthen retail partner relationships
Hit targets — ethically and consistently
Collaborate with department leaders to create aligned, company-wide wins
