What You’ll Do – Make Every Call Count
This job isn’t for the faint of heart. You’ll be the first person customers talk to when something goes wrong — and the one who makes it right.
You will:
- Lead with Empathy — listen like it matters, because it does.
- Use Curiosity to uncover needs and match customers with the right services.
- Show Responsibility by documenting every detail and doing what you say you’ll do — every time.
- Channel your Ambition to educate customers about Maintenance Plans and earn commission for every one you sell.
- Work with a tight-knit team that pushes for excellence and backs each other up.
- Represent AllTech with professionalism, compassion, and confidence — every call, every customer.
What You Bring
You don’t need to have all the answers — just the drive to find them.
You:
- Have call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required).
- Communicate clearly, with warmth and confidence.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Handle stress like a pro — calm, focused, and reliable.
- Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and doing things the right way.
- Are ready to grow in a company that invests in people who give a damn.
