What You’ll Do – Your Role with CARE

As an HVAC Installation Assistant, you’ll support our lead installers by prepping job sites, handling tools and materials, and ensuring top-quality service. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone ready to learn and earn their way forward.

• Curiosity – Learn the trade from seasoned experts. Ask questions, observe techniques, and take advantage of every training opportunity.

• Responsibility – Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Own your tasks and follow through.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with residential HVAC installations
  
  

• Load/unload equipment and prepare tools and materials
  
  

• Help ensure all work is clean, code-compliant, and high quality
  
  

• Interact professionally with homeowners and teammates
  
  

• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
  
  

• Learn system basics and participate in manufacturer and in-house training
  

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of HVAC or mechanical experience (but attitude matters more than experience!)
  
  

• A strong work ethic and the desire to learn a skilled trade
  
  

• Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
  
  

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in crawlspaces
  
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  

• A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to doing the job right
