🛠️ Your Role as HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher

As the Dispatcher at AllTech Mission Control, you’ll manage the pulse of the company—ensuring our HVAC and plumbing service teams operate efficiently, get where they need to go, and have the information they need to deliver 5-star service.

Your Daily Mission:

• Dispatch HVAC & Plumbing Technicians across Northern Virginia

• Coordinate schedules based on tech strengths, routes, and customer needs

• Keep jobs moving and on time with proactive communication

• Anticipate obstacles—think 2–3 moves ahead like a chess master

• Use industry software to maintain accurate job statuses and tech locations

• Provide a calm, clear voice in a fast-paced environment

• Support your team with positivity, professionalism, and CARE values

📌 What You Bring to the Table

✅ 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or trades preferred)
✅ Working knowledge of Loudoun County and Northern Virginia
✅ Strong multitasking and logistical coordination skills
✅ Friendly, confident communicator (phone, text, email)
✅ Experience with dispatching software and service platforms
